A maximum of $20.00 charged is allowable for primary and elementary school students. Charges are not allowed for middle and high school students. Students reaching these limits will receive an alternate meal until their charges have been paid. Any student owing money on their account will not be allowed to purchase extra food items, including ice cream, until their charges have been paid in full.
You MUST fill out a new lunch form each year for meal benefits. The lunch applications will be available by August 1st of each school year at the school your child will be attending or at the Child Nutrition Office located at 1101 Broad Street.
Please note that this is a HOUSEHOLD Application. All of your children should be listed on the same application, regardless of which school they attend. Every child will receive an application on the first day of school, but you only have to send ONE application back with everyone listed in your household (for example, if you have a child at CPS, CES and CHS, they will all go on the same application).
