a report from Architect Randy McCaffrey on district building projects.

Authorized
the Superintendent to execute loan agreements with the State Board of Education
to expend State Public School Building funds in constructing a canopy at
Jefferson Middle School, renovation of the canopy at Columbia Elementary
School, and re-roofing the administration building; and authorized Attorney
Richard Foxworth to prepare the necessary Certificates of Title.

interest earnings in the amount of $15,822.75 from Sixteenth Section Funds to
the District Maintenance Fund.

grade challenge students to travel out-of-state to Washington, D.C., May 26 -
