REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES, DECEMBER 8, 2005
The Board of Trustees:

Approved minutes of previous meeting.
·
Received the monthly financial status report.
·
Heard a report on district facilities.
·
Approved the claims docket for payment of accounts.
·
Acknowledged the report on bus repairs/expenses and the monthly report
on the use of school buses for special events.
·
Gave second approval of revised job descriptions for food service
employees: GBBABE - Secretary/Bookkeeper, GBBAHA – Manager, GBBAHB – Production
Worker, and GBBAHC – Cashier.
·
Approved requests to dispose of the following equipment which is beyond
repair: one printer, tag #4558, and one PA amplifier, tag #3340.
·
Approved requests to travel out-of-state to attend meetings.
·
Tabled a request for permission to conduct a fund raiser until the next
board meeting.

Approved the employment of Wiling Ji as a maid at

Heard a report from the superintendent which included the 2006 Trustee
Election Calendar, the appointment of Mr. Reuben McDowell as the 2006 Lions
Band Director, and MSBA board development.

Rescheduled the regular board meeting on

Discussed confidential personnel matters in executive session.
·
Terminated the employment of a classified employee.
