Welcome to the official website of the Columbia School District in Columbia, Mississippi. Columbia is located in south central Mississippi on Highway 98 between the larges cities of McComb and Hattiesburg. The city has a population of 6815 and is a wonderful place to live and raise a family.

The Columbia School District serves 1877 students in two elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school. All schools are well-maintained and provide an excellent learning environment. The high school, built in 1937, has undergone extensive renovations and is a source of pride for the students, alumni and community.

High academic standards are the norm in Columbia. The Columbia Primary School earned a Level V status in the Mississippi Accreditation System. All schools are accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Columbia schools have been awarded numerous grants and awards as a result of the dedication of teachers and staff members.
